About Us
We, “ECoArch Concepts” is an established Construction Consultancy Services Provider in Sri Lanka focusing on Design, Costing, Architecture, Engineering and Project Management for Small/Medium Construction/ Renovation and Pre Engineered Steel Buildings.
ECoArch Concepts provides a range of consultancy services from the project inception to completion. While mainly focusing on the elegance in Architectural Design and versatile structural and MEP solutions, ECoArch Concepts provides for the Feasibility, Cost Planning and Contractual Documentation related with Quantity Surveying aspects. ECoArch Concepts maintains constant focus on introducing Sustainable concepts in Designs matching with the requirements of the environmental conservation policies. Diversifying in both pre contract and post contract phases ECoArch Concepts strives to bring the maximum satisfaction for their Clients.
The Founder of the ECoArch Concepts is a Quantity Surveying graduate from the University of Moratuwa and an active legal practitioner being Alumni of the Sri Lanka Law Collage. He also has served both University of Moratuwa and Colombo School of Construction Technology as a Lecturer and Researcher specializing in Construction Law, Building Information Modelling and Labor Productivity. He has reflected different skills over 25 construction projects small and medium scale working as a Project Manager and Cost Consultant in Sri Lanka.

Our Design Team
Our Design Team comprise of Chartered Architects from University of Moratuwa whom handles interpretation of Clients mind into a readable format with Comprehensive Architectural Designs, Interior Designs, Court Yard Designs and Landscaping.
We emphasize the importance of having a comprehensive Structural Design as that will be an important aspect in future extensions and renovations. We also provide a Finite Structural Element Analysis for the clients to be certain of the load distribution in a graphical sense. With the Exact MEP Drawings in place, operations and maintenance will be facilitated. Both Structural and MEP Drawings are done by professionals graduated from University or Peradeniya and University of Moratuwa.
We focus on providing maximum service to the client, giving the best value for money; Cost Consultants will make a balance between the amount and the design in which it can accommodate. Based on the initial cost plans, constant cash flow forecasting and cost controlling techniques will be adopted to finish the project at the same intended budget
